Questions people ask

Will consolidating always save money?

Not always. It usually lowers the monthly total but can raise the interest paid over time. The scorecard shows both so you can decide with the whole picture.

Is this a pre-approval?

No. It's an estimate built from what you tell us, using the federal stress-test and debt-ratio rules lenders start from. A pre-approval needs a lender to verify your income, credit and the property.

Does this affect my credit score?

No. Nothing here touches your credit file, and nothing is sent to any lender.

What happens with my details?

Whatever you give us is used to prepare and send your results, and to reply if you ask a broker to get in touch. Nothing else. Your information is never sold, and you can unsubscribe from any email in one click.
